민족통신은 미국 내 영향력 있는 타민족 단체들과 역사적인 공동행사를 준비하고 여러분들을 초대합니다. 이 행사는 조국반도 문제 전문가를 비롯하여 남미, 아프리카, 중동, 필리핀 문제 전문가들 7명을 초청하여 2006년 미국의 제3세계 정책과 함께 지구촌 정세 흐름을 진단하는 공개토론회입니다. 이날 부 주제로는 미국의 대외정책이 미국내 국민들에게 주는 영향에 대한 전문가의 발표도 포함되어 있습니다. 이날 남미, 아프리카, 중동, 필리핀 등 다른 커뮤니티 인사들과 간단한 만찬을 나누며 친선 및 교류의 시간도 계획되어 있습니다. 특히 이번 행사는 우리 동포사회에서 1세와 2세가 힘을 합쳐 5대양 6대주 출신의 타민족 진보단체들과 함께 하는 최초의 모임입니다. 이 행사가 성황리에 이뤄질 수 있도록 귀 단체 회원들과 주변의 친지들의 많은 참석을 당부 드립니다.
