아랍세계에 진정한 봄이 도래하고있다

최근 사우디 아라비아에서 제32차 아랍국가련맹수뇌자회의가 진행되였다.

10여년만에 수리아도 포함하여 22개 성원국들모두가 참가한 가운데 열린 회의에서는 지역에 대한 외세의 간섭을 배격하고 아랍의 안정과 안전을 보장하며 리익을 수호하기 위하여 공동행동을 취할데 대한 문제가 특별히 강조되였으며 이를 위하여 수리아위기,팔레스티나위업,수단분쟁을 포함한 지역문제들을 자체의 힘으로 해결하기 위한 적극적인 대책들과 해당한 조치들이 강구되였다.

지역나라들의 자주적지향과 열기를 그대로 반영한 이번 회의는 10여년전 미국과 서방이 몰아온 《아랍의 봄》의 파국적인 후과가 드디여 가시여지기 시작했다는것을 보여주고있다.

2010년 12월 뜌니지의 지방도시에서 생활조건개선을 요구하여 벌어진 주민들의 시위는 미국과 서방의 사촉밑에 대통령의 퇴진을 요구하는 폭력행위로 번져졌으며 이를 출발점으로 《아랍의 봄》은 악성종양마냥 순식간에 여러 나라들에로 전이되였다.

2011년초부터 에짚트와 리비아,예멘을 휩쓴 《아랍의 봄》의 후과로 이 나라들에서는 합법적인 정부들이 전복되는 비정상적인 사태가 벌어졌으며 2011년 3월에는 수리아까지도 대동란에 휘말려들고 이때부터 장기적인 위기가 시작되였다.

《미국식가치관과 민주주의》를 강제이식하려는 미국과 서방의 집요한 막후조종에 의하여 초래된 혁명 아닌 혁명,봄이 아닌 봄인 《아랍의 봄》의 후과로 평온하고 정상적인 생활이 흘러가던 아랍지역은 삽시에 혼란과 무질서,충돌과 대결,살륙이 범람하는 란무장으로 화하였다.

미국은 《분렬하여 통치하라.》는 상투적수법에 매달리면서 아랍나라들을 사분오렬시켜 아랍위업의 핵인 팔레스티나문제가 뒤전에 밀려나게 하려고 꾀하였다.

또한 이란의 《위협설》을 대대적으로 선전하면서 《안전담보》라는 허울좋은 간판밑에 중동아랍나라들에 무기를 팔아먹는데만 급급하였으며 결과적으로 미국의 독점적리윤은 굴러가는 눈덩이마냥 불어난 반면에 지역나라들사이의 분렬과 알륵,사회적불안정과 긴장수위는 최대로 고조되였다.

그러나 철두철미 자국의 리익만을 우선시하며 지역내 국가들을 저들의 패권전략실현을 위한 한갖 도구로,돌격대로 써먹으려는 미국의 부당한 기도는 날이 갈수록 지역나라들의 거센 반발에 직면하게 되였다.

이번 회의에서 수리아위기,팔레스티나위업,수단분쟁을 포함한 지역문제들을 외세의 간섭을 배격하고 자기 리익의 견지에서 자체의 힘으로 해결하기로 한것은 미국의 대중동정책이 초래한 《아랍의 봄》이 되돌릴수없이 사멸되고있다는것을 웅변적으로 확증해주고있다.

제32차 아랍국가련맹수뇌자회의는 이 지역의 주체인 지역나라들의 주동적인 노력에 의하여 불행과 고통만을 강요한 사실상의 기나긴 겨울이였던 《아랍의 봄》이 마침내 물러가고 진정한 평화와 번영의 봄이 도래하고있음을 알리는 의의있는 계기로 되였다고 할수 있다.

미국이 아랍지역에 대한 패권적지위를 차지해보려고 아무리 발버둥쳐도 화해와 단합이라는 공동의 닻을 올린 지역나라들의 거세찬 전진을 절대로 가로막을수 없을것이다.
