매춘은 불법인데 경범죄로 강등되었음. 대충 지나 전체 GDP의 일정부분을 매춘이 책임진다는 내용. 근데 진짜 중국이 태국보다 매춘 비율이 낮다는게 믿기지 않는다 중국 시골도시 가면 진짜 아프리카처럼 못산다는게 사실인듯..
