TOKYO, March 12 (Itar-Tass) - Authorities in Macao, which is China"s special administrative territory, said Monday there is a great degree of possibility that North Korea"s bank accounts blocked by the U.S. as part of financial sanctions against Pyongyang have been unfrozen. North Korea keeps about 24 million U.S. dollars in those accounts in the Delta Asia bank, South Korean news agency Yonghap said. A demand to unfreeze the assets was one of the main conditions, on which North Korea gave consent to begin the folding-up of its nuclear program.
