Emergency Anti-epidemic Work Intensified in DPRK

Emergency anti-epidemic units at all levels are further intensifying the anti-epidemic work.

The central emergency anti-epidemic sector is concentrating its efforts on enclosing the territorial land, waters and airspace with strong anti-epidemic walls against the inroads of the vicious virus and tightening discipline and order in all units and fields to make sure that all the people thoroughly observe the anti-epidemic measures taken by the Party and the state.

It is conducting positive ideological campaign and health education to make all the people fulfill their civic duty in the emergency anti-epidemic campaign, given the on-going drive for increased production for implementing the new five-year plan.

Public health organs are meticulously conducting the work for preventing cold and other respiratory diseases by urging the medical workers in charge of households to fulfill their responsibility.

Organs in the field of education and scientific research are intensifying the work for studying and introducing more efficient disinfectants and disinfecting methods and making the students abide by the anti-epidemic rules and orders.

Institutions and industrial establishments are strengthening the square meter-responsibility-system in disinfection and enhancing the role of hygiene instructors.

Those in the fields of transport and commerce and public catering facilities are thoroughly disinfecting the vehicles, facilities and others, as required by the anti-epidemic rules.

Emergency anti-epidemic units across the country are intensifying the education and control to make sure that all the people disinfect their hands, wear masks and strictly observe social distancing protocol and other anti-epidemic rules.
